Warehouse Team Member
The Role
We are looking to hire a Warehouse Team Member to participate in our plant operations and activities.
This role primarily focuses on order fulfillment, and may also include storing materials, picking, filling,
packing, and scanning orders during down time. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and
customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and clean containers using specific techniques and processes
- Prepare containers to complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, fill,
wrap, label, ship) - Maintain a clean, safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Recycle used drums of finished goods
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory control and maintain quality standards for audits
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and preventively maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience as a warehouse worker preferred
- Proficiency with inventory software/systems encouraged (not required)
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs
- Current forklift license, or willingness to obtain one on-site
- Able to stand/walk for the majority of a shift (required)
Pay & Growth Potential
Pay starts at $14–$17/hr as an entry-level Picker/Packer, with a clear path to $18–$19/hr as an Advanced
Fulfillment associate and $20/hr as a Fulfillment Lead. Advancement is based on accuracy, speed, and
cross-training — not tenure alone. Additional skill premiums ($0.50–$2.00/hr) are available for forklift
certification, hazmat certification, and multi-department cross-training.
