Roberta brings a wealth of experience in office management, business operations, and administrative leadership, with a passion for keeping people, processes, and projects moving in the right direction. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for being dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and someone who isn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves and get things done.

With experience spanning manufacturing, service-based businesses, accounting, purchasing, HR, customer relationships, and day-to-day operations, Roberta understands that successful businesses are built on both strong processes and strong relationships. She enjoys finding ways to make things more efficient, solving problems, supporting her team, and helping create an organized and positive work environment.

As a former business owner, Roberta also brings a unique entrepreneurial perspective and an appreciation for the many moving parts involved in running a successful company. She believes that good communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to step in wherever needed can make all the difference.

Outside of the day-to-day work, Roberta values time spent with family and friends, live music and travelling.
