Jake Miller – Operations Manager

Jake joins the Synergy family as our new Operations Manager. Jake graduated from Ashland University with a bachelor’s in business management & entrepreneurship. Jake is excited to channel his entrepreneurial spirit as he leads the way, implementing policies and procedures that will empower us to continue our upward trajectory and scale our family business. While we are growing, Jake will tap in to his nearly (10) years of various experience to make certain that we are always “synergizing”. He joins our team most recently from Turner Construction where he was a Project Manager, managing multiple large corporate projects and customers. Prior to that, Jake was a Senior Outside Salesman for Graybar Electric. He will put the “customer first” mentality to use daily in his new role. Jake is well versed in all facets including but not limited to, budget management, operational excellence, interpersonal communication, and much more. Jake will greatly boost the Synergy family and continue to deliver the full customer experience.
