Gary has been a cornerstone of Synergy Solutions for more than 18 years and was one of the company’s very first employees. With two decades of hands-on experience, he plays a critical role in maintaining the consistency, reliability, and performance standards that Synergy is known for.

As Quality Control Analyst, Gary is deeply involved in day-to-day testing, batch verification, and process oversight across Synergy’s product lines. He brings a detailed understanding of Synergy’s formulations, manufacturing processes, and quality systems, ensuring every product meets strict internal specifications before it reaches customers.

Having grown alongside the company from its early days, Gary carries unmatched institutional knowledge and a strong commitment to Synergy’s values. His long-term dedication, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship help uphold the trust customers place in Synergy products every day.

Outside of work, Gary enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and hunting.
