Lisa Wilson – Office Manager

Lisa began her career in the car wash industry working alongside Peter Denissoff during his time at S&S Car Care. From the start, she built a strong foundation in customer service and operations, learning what it takes to support both wash owners and the teams behind the scenes. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and steady presence quickly made her a valued part of the organization.

After her time at S&S, Lisa stepped away from the industry to focus on what mattered most at the time – starting a family and raising her daughter. Even while away, the work ethic and relationships she built during those early years never left. When Peter decided to take the leap and create Synergy Solutions, Lisa eventually found herself back where she belonged – helping support a growing company built on family values, integrity, and doing things the right way. 

Now celebrating 20 years (2026) with Synergy Solutions, Lisa has played a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of the company. Around the office, she is known as someone who can be counted on no matter what the day brings. Whether she is supporting customers, keeping internal operations moving smoothly, or stepping in to solve a problem before it becomes one, Lisa brings consistency and care to everything she does.

Lisa has been instrumental in customer service and office administration, serving as a reliable point of contact for customers and an invaluable resource for her co-workers. She helps ensure orders are handled correctly, questions are answered quickly, and communication stays clear and professional.
